AIW Redeon needs to reboot system after Video capturing ?

I have a AIW Radeon, I update to the latest Drivers (Catalyst 3.5).

And also install the new WDM Capture Driver (6.14.10.6201v1).

After that, I need to reboot my system after Video Capturing (Digital VCR).
If I don't reboot, the next time I click on Multimedia Center TV, it won't
launch ...

Anyone know the cure for this ?

I am using WIN2000 PRO ....

This is from my notes, when I read some news I wrote them down:

AIW Redeon (original), 0.18um, DX7 hardwired.
AIW Redeon 7500, 0.15um, optimized original Redeon, DX7 hardwired. 2
pipeline, 2 texels per pipeline.
AIW Redeon 8500, 0.15um, DX8 hardwired, 4 pipelines, 2 texels per pipeline.
AIW Redeon 9000pro, 0.13um, DX8 hardwired, 4 pipelines, although a optimized
8500, only 1 texel per pipeline. (And I need confirmation it is 0.13um since
the news was way before AIW 9000 pro was released. After its release, ATI
won't talk about if it is 0.13um or not.)
9800 pro, 0.13um. DX9 hardwired.
9900 pro (R360), 0.13um.
"Loki" (R420) will be released in 2004. It will be 0.09um, 8 pipelines, 2
texels per pipeline.
