AGAIN!!!!!!!! pls help

In our organization we repetely get the question about a
locally stored profile wich is newer than the server
profile. Can anybody tell why this question is repetely
asked. We can choose yes to load the local profile or no
to load the server profile. when we chose no the server
profile is loaded and the profile is updated when we log
off. After whe log on again the same question is asked.
 
Do you by any chance have problem with time on your clients. Do they have
right time zone and daylight savings time setup ? What are this settings on
the server ?
