roaming profile problem

I want to logon to all my servers with my account and have i
create a local profile for me. I have Domain domain rights
But when I try to logon to servers both locally and/or remote
desktop, it tries to load a raoming profile.
I always get a message that says:

"Windows did not load your roaming profile and is attempting to
load your local profile. Changes to your profile will not be copied
to the server when you logoff." etc et

I click "OK" and another message appears:
"Windows cannot find the local profile and is logging you on with a
temporary profile" etc etc.

Then I get one more message: "Windows cannot load the user's profile
but has logged you on with the default profile for the system.
DETAIL - access denied."

I checked my profile tab in my account properties and there is nothing
in the Profile Path field but I still get these messages

How do I make it so that whenever I log inot a server, it doesnt try
to load a roaming profile and instead load a local profile

Thanks

Greg, This means the Profile for the particular user is not accessible over
the network for some reason, the common most problem is security rights.

You might also want to check the path to the roaming
profile is correct. If it is spelled wrong, it will not be
able to find the path and thus load the default local profile.
