A user in my company has a digital photo in jpg format, about 800Kb size.
After installing SP2, he tried to load it and immediately the Active Desktop
Recovery appears. This continues everytime he tries to reboot the laptop, an
IBM T42. if we load a Windows wallpaper, then there is no problem. Now the
user insisted on using the digital photo as his desktop walllpaper. So we
rolled back to SP1, then it worked. Would appreciate if someone knows a fix
for this problem.
