I reformatted my computer many times in the pass few days
to get rid of all the files in my computer, however,
everytime it is done, I find out that the files are still
in my computer. I mean files such as program files, my
documents, word files, video files.

Then just now I've realised that there is a program in my
computer which made this happen: Files and Setting
Transfer Wizard. However, opening this wizard doesnt
enable me to delete the files.

Does anyone know how to work this out?
I'm desperate cause I have many unworkable files in area
I cannot open, and I almost have no more space left.

Thanks!

PS. My computer is a Fujitsu

If you reformatted, then all the files would be deleted. I'm guessing you
didn't really reformat. If you reinstalled xp, that wouldn't necessarily
reformat. To format your computer, do this. Boot from the Windows XP cd, and
when the partition list comes up, delete all partitions, then create one.
This will ensure that everything is deleted. Then continue to install
windows.

If the files are there after you "reformatted," you only thought
you reformatted, but actually didn't.

Please describe exactly what you did to "reformat."
