after new critical security update = no outlook

After using the auto update for vista today, My outlook will not open. The
update was this one.

When I try and open it i get this
"Cannot start microsoft outlook. the file
C:/Users/Myname/documents//outlook.pst is not a personal folders file."

Thanks Microsodt now I cannot even get emails

Please answer on this post for if you send the answer to my question I cant

I hae Outlook 2007 on both Windows XP and Windows Vista and in neither case
did that update affect OL 2007. There must be something other than what you
think going on or it would happen to anyone installing that update.
