After I close Outlook-2003, I can't restart it.

Everytime I openOutlook 2003, examine my email and then close Outlook, I
can't open it again without rebooting the computer. After I close Outlook a
small icon remains on the bottom of the screen. When I try to reopen it by
clicking on the icon the hour glass goes on for a second then nothing else
happens. How can I fix this?

Maybe Outlook didn't close completely the previous time? Check with the
task manager (Ctrl-Alt-Del) if the Outlook process is still active; you
can terminate it from there.

Do you have any add-ins to Outlook that could cause OL not to close
completely?
