aero was there now its not

When I installed Vista Beta, forthe first few boots, my machine had the aero
glass effect functioning and windows vista was lited as an option in
Personalize . A couple of days later and it now will only show windows
classic. I am using an nvidia geforce ti 4200 card and i know it should not
work but it did and now it doesn't - can I get it back?

i also have that same video card i was having trouble with drivers for it
what drivers did you get to work i hadf the xp ones for it working but
anytime i tried to do something that used hardware accel it would give me the
blue screen just wondering how you got it to work then maybe i can tinker
with it and try to get it to work

I did not adjust drivers - I just installed Vista, all I have really have is
the theme (i.e. desktop, taskbar) but no functionality such as tranparency/
flip etc. Everything I have checked says that Aero will not work on this
graphic card. Looks like I'll have to upgrade or wait till I get my next PC!
