Advice required plz

I downloaded the SP2 (Service Pack 2) last night on to my laptop, and since
downloading that, I have been unable to access the news.annexcafe.com
newsgroups. Does anyone know why, and could you please advise on how I get
back on to them?!?!

Have you checked in the Properties of the account to make sure all the
information is still correct?
