Advice requested - water cooler 7800GTX

I have bought a 7800GTX 256MB graphics card, which will go into a PC with
water cooling.

To be more precise: the card is from LEADTEK (PX7800GTX TDH MyVIVO).

I want to replace the air cooler by a suitable water cooled block but I have
some difficulties finding out the right fit for this card.

If someone could give me some tips which fitting water coolers I can buy, I'd
really appreciate.
