Advanced Volume Control in Systray

I've suddenly lost the link to the above - which a shortcut shows as -

[Target: %SystemRoot%\System32\sndvol32.exe
Start in: C:\WINDOWS\System32
Can anyone please tell me how to restore it?

I've been into Control Panel, unchecked the 'show icon', rebooted, rechecked
it - but still no luck.
