Adprep /Forestprep

Hi

Im trying to add a Win2003 DC into a Win2k (SP3) Active
directory. Im having trouble running Adprep /forestprep.
I receive a few errors but this possibly the most
decripitive out of the lot:

Add error on line 2: No Such Attribute
The server side error is "The parameter is incorrect."
0 entries modified successfully.
An error has occurred in the program

I have followed it through as far as: I can see that
a .CSV file is created containing Active directory
objects but is fails to import them. It stop at the 2nd
line which is the lost and found object.

Has anyone had the same problem

Hmmmm. When you run adprep /forestprep it detects the version of your schema
and starts an upgrade process. It starts by importing sch13.ldf and ends
with sch30.ldf file. You have an adprep log located in
%systemroot%\system32\debug\adprep\logs. Can you check your logs and post
exactly the error you are getting in what part of schema upgrade ?
