adprep /forestprep failure

I have a network with 2 Win2k SP4 dc’s (no exchange servers) and
when I attempted to run adprep /forestprep I got the following
failure:

Add error on line 1330: Busy
The server side error is "A database error has occurred."
87 entries modified successfully
An error has occurred in the program
ERROR: Import from file C:|WINNTsystem32sch14.ldf. Error file is
saved in ldif.err.14.

Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated?

What's in ldif.err?
