1. You have Access2000 to Access2007;
2. SQL Server as backend;
3. You have the necessary knowledge/skill on ADP, of course.

Note, MS' Access team itself recommends using Access MDB front-end against
SQL Server, rather than ADP lately (after Access2003 released and refore
Access2007 releaded). There is possiblilty the ADP will be dropped in next
Access release. So, if your project is big and you want it to last long, ADP
may not be a safe choice.
