adobe problem

I've had a huge problem with Adobe....I have unloaded the program and
reloaded it numerous times with no success. Everytime I try to open it my
computer shuts down. Any ideas what can be done to correct this problem?

"Adobe" is a company, not a program. And they make many different programs.
It's very hard to help you with a problem if you don't tell us what program
it occurs in.
