Admins only have access of a Restricted User

Server: Windows 2000 Advanced Server
Workstation: Windows 2000 Pro
Problem with only 1 Windows 2000 Pro machine.
Any user that logs onto this Windows 2000 Pro PC only has
the access of a Restricted User.
These users are members of the Administrators group only.
These are domain accounts. (I am not referring to local
user accounts.)
Their accounts have administrative access on all other
workstations. The problem has to be with a setting on that
one PC.

ADD the domain account to the local administrators group on the pc.
