Local Drive Restrictions

If I have a user logging onto a W2K Domain from a W2K workstation
(or any workstation for that matter...win98 / XP etc..) with a normal
Domain User account. Can I restrict that user from gaining access to
the local C Drive or any folders on the local disk? and can I carry out
this from the server console. My reasons for asking, are that I wouldn't
want users accidentally deleting important system files on local system.

Thanks

Firstly any important files should reside on a shared drive on the server
with appropriate rights set, as for Local Files it's very difficult for any
user to delete any files in windows whilst it's running.
