User not allowed to logon at this computer problem

Sometimes, a one or two computers suddenly shows this
error message "User not allowed to logon at this computer" or something
like
that, when domain user logon the workstation.

Event 533: User not allowed to logon at this computer


The same user is able to log into other workstations
Reboot does not solve the problem.
Rename the computer account does not solve the problem.
Disjoin the workstation from domain and rejoin it back solve the
problem.
Power users are unabled to logon the computer but Users belong to the
local administrators group are able to log onto the computer.
I have insepcted the local security settings but found nothing wrong.
The local groups is inspected and found nothing wrong too.

Any idea ?
