Restricted User

Hi,

I have a Windows 2000 Pro terminal with a little problem.

When I create a "Restricted User", this one can install programs, delete
everything... I checked if it was forming part of a Group and found nothing
wrong.
It seems like "restricted User" has Administrative privileges, or something.

Any idea?
