I recently changed the name of the ADMINISTRATOR to another name. Now when I
sign in I am not able to access any of my documents and not able to see the
C: drive either under MY Computer. If I log in the safe mode, I can see the
original Admin and the new one I renamed. I created another Admin and was
able to access all files but not delete the original renamed Admin. What is
going on and how do I fix this?.

Export the list and post the contents here.

under the Local User and Groups (local) there is nothing there. on the right
the error reads: This computer is running windows XP home edition. this
snapin may not be used with that version of Windows. To manage user accounts
for this computer, use the user accounts tool in the control panel.

I have 2 administrators in the user account. one works fine, while the other
is crippled for no apperant reason, ie: not able to start my documents, not
able to visualize C: drive in my computer, no access to admin tools, etc.
