Admin Account

I inadvertently deleted the "administrator" account from
the logon screen utilizing the "Tweak UI" powertoy and I
cannot get the admin user back. The only logon option at
start up is "guest" user. How do I get the administrator
account back up in the logon screen?

I fixed the problem myself. I booted into "safe mode"
and went to "user accounts" and set up a new
administrator account. I then booted up into the new
admin account and used "tweak UI" to fix the missing /
lost admin user account.
