Hide all admin accounts on Welcome/logon screen

OK, I give up. <g> I'm running WinXP SP1a. My goal is to configure the box so
that NONE of the administrator accounts are displayed on the Welcome/logon
screen. I've tried using the TweakUI tool, but the result was only partially
successful. Specifically, I:

1) Downloaded and installed the WinXP 'TweakUI' utility.

2) I ran TweakUI and unchecked all of the checkboxes in the 'Logon |
Settings' section next to the administrator accounts.

3) I clicked on the "Apply" button and then the "OK" button.

4) I logged out of the admin account to display the Welcome/logon screen. On
the Welcome screen, all admin accounts are now gone EXCEPT for the default
Administrator account (i.e., the safe-mode admin account). IOW, the
'Administrator' user is still displayed on the welcome screen, even though I
told TweakUI that I do not want this account displayed (i.e., by unchecking
the checkbox next to the 'Administrator' account.)

So: How do I set configure WinXP so that NONE of the admin accounts are
displayed on the Welcome screen???

(FWIW, I want my sys admins to logon by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del twice, and
then typing in their admin account name and password via the "Log on to
Windows" logon screen.)

I don't know; I've never tried this. OT, but why not just disable the fast
user logon interface so all users have to press CTRL+Alt+DEL and enter their
credentials?

Try this:
Run gpedit.msc. Under Computer Config | Admin Templates | System | Logon |
Always use classic logon, enable that. This only works on a workgroup
machine, not a domain machine, according to the explanation.
