Admin access on Windows XP SP2

Hi,

I have a really weird problem I have this computer in my DMZ which is behaving really weird. I logged on as administrator locally and suddenly I cannot run msi (Microsoft Installer Packages).

I heard from frens in this forum it may be due to a patch from Microsoft so I installed it. KB93803.

My computer config is Windows XP Profession version 2002, Service Pack 2.

I tried to solve using the suggestion from Canes Venatici, but since that also
requires SubInAcl.msi and I cannot run msi, I am back to square one.

Would appreciate any advise or help anyone can give.
