Addresses Showing Other Text

I have entries in my "Contacts" folder, that I have loaded and others I have
downloaded from the "GAL". When I go to send emails and when I "export" my
"Contacts" folder to a ".pst" for off-site archival, the addresses from the
"GAL†are in a "/o=CONUS/ou=Admin Group/cn=Recipient/..." so forth. I know
what this is, but is there any way I can get the addresses to become
"(e-mail address removed)" format. Am I going to have to hand load the addresses
that are from the “GAL†so that they awill export with a legible address?

Only the Active Directory administrator can change that. They have to add the
SMTP form of the address into the person's AD object.

You are right.
I exported the contacts as a list to a ".csv". Then had corrected the email
addresses by hand and changed the "EX" to "SMTP". All the email now shows a
"text" email address. When exported to a ".PST†file, the text addresses
appear and not the certificated GAL address.

Thanks for the help.
