Address Field Names has ' on Each Side

When I address messages using the contacts list, which I normally use, some
of the addresses will have an apostrophe on each side like 'John Smith'
([email protected]) and some on the same address line won't have the
apostrophes, John Smith ([email protected])

This does not happen with all the names and seems to be inconsistent. I've
looked at the entries in the address book and see no differences.

I can't figure out why some in the address line will have the apostrophe and
some not.

Any ideas?

When saving contacts from incoming emails by right clicking and add to
contacts, delete ' from file as/save as field. It mostly depends upon how the
sender has configured on his contacts folder.

Is there anything I can change in the contact to eliminate the apostrophes
once it is saved?

I chacked the method I use, and I don't use "save as, I use the left icon to
save & close.
