How to display e-mail addresses rather than names in To field?

I'd like to display all the e-mail addresses of people I am sending an e-mail
to rather than their names, e.g. I'd like the To field to look like:
(e-mail address removed); (e-mail address removed) rather than John Smith; Mary Jones.

How can I do this?

My problem is many of the addresses are in the company "Global Address List"
and I can't change the properties there. I was hoping there might be a way
to change the display from name to e-mail address in the To field. I know I
can right click on a name and see the e-mail address, but I want to see many
rather than one at a time.

You are not asking an Outlook question.
