Address Book set-up

New motherboard installed, re-installed Office XP and Outlook 2002 on
notebook. De-installed the Outlook 2003 trial package. However, after
installing Office XP, receiving error when trying to configure email account
with address book, "The account you have added is not fully configured. It
might not work properly until reconfigured correctly. I have de-installed
and re-installed and added SP-3 for Outlook.
 
How did you create this profile?
Does it have an Outlook Data file?
