Address Book Name Order Company/Last/First

My Address Book associated with my Outlook Contacts comes up listing names
First Name first. I want them listed Company first, Last Name second,
followed by First Name, although I'd settle for Last Name/First Name. I've
changed this before, but I forgot how to do this. THIS IS NOT THE CONTACT
LIST, this is the Address Book associated with the Contact List.

Try posting to microsoft.public.outlook.contacts newsgroup instead.

If your question somehow involves the Windows Address Book, post here
