Adding WINS Service to Server

I have an old NT server that provides WINS service and I need to take that
server off line. I need to configure one of my 2000 Advanced Servers to
handle the WINS service but I can't figure out how to install the service.
I went to Add/Remove programs and Add Windows Component but WINS wasn't
listed. How do I add WINS to a 2000 Advanced Server?

Add remove programs -> Add remove Windows components.

Expand "Networking services". WINS is near the bottom of the list.
