Adding to top-right portion of start menu

I'd like to add "My Videos" to the top right part of the start menu
alongside My Documents, my Music, My Pictures, My Computer and My Network
Places... Is this possible? If yes, any tips on how to do it?

Hi,

There are only so many that can added. You can either opt to use either My
Docs or My Pics for My Vid's or add it under Run.

Replace My Pictures or My Music (Line 2)
