Adding Text to digital Photo

Hello,

Adding text to my digital photos is a little clumsy with Microsoft
photo editor. Some assistanct in finding freeware to add text
to photos whould be appreciated.

For simple adding text to photos, PhotoFiltre is by the far the easiest and
most intuitive I've seen in a bitmap package.
