Adding Olympus c3030 to "Scanners & Cameras"

In the "Add an Imaging Device" wizard of the Scanners & Cameras applet (in
control panel) the Olympus C3030 camera is not listed. Sometime in the past
I discovered a fix for this that (as I recall) was a simple edit of an ini
file. Now of course I'm trying it on a different machine and can't remember
what the incantation was. The C3030 works fine on the original machine in
question.

Can anyone point me to the ini (or whatever) file that is used to populate
this Wizard?

The file I couldn't remember is \windows\inf\srusbusd.inf and you have to
remove a couple of ";" chars that comment out Olympus related info. The news
