adding new program

Call the software developer. Since it is a new purchase, you probably
have support with them. When you call them, provide them with a lot
more details than you did here. The dearth of details makes if
impossible to know what "unable to load" means. For all we know from
what little you said, could be you have a pirated version, or you are
not entering the registration key correctly or don't have one, or are
trying to install under a restricted user account, or you bought the
upgrade but don't have to a full version from which to upgrade, or you
bought an online version that has you download it and the downloaded
file is corrupt so you have to download it again, or ...
