adding languages to the logon screen

Hello,
I have some advanced servers that dont lent me login with another language.
For example - the server's regional settings tell that any user can use
English or Finnish, but in the logon screen the users can type only in
english.

Does anyone know how to add languages to the logon screen?

Well, i found the answer in microsoft arcitle number 138354 :"Cannot Logon
After Changing Keyboard Settings".
