How do you add footer at bottom of E-mails? Example would be

Name
Company
phone number

The information transmitted is intended for the person or entity, ETC...

Tools>Options>Mail Format>Signatures for some Outlooks. You don't say what
version you use, so a more definitive answer is impossible to give.

If you mean just with Outlook 2003 then go into Tools, Options, choose the
Mail Format tab and then click on the "signature" button at the bottom. If
you are talking about doing it within Exchange then I am not sure where to
set that option...perhaps someone else can help

Add it to your signature if you are not connecting to an Exchange server.

If you are, then the outgoing dislaimer is done from the server end. It
would have to be company policy to apply the disclaimer since it would attach
to all out going emails from everyone within the organization.

The company may want to choose the wording of the disclaimer, for legal
reasons, so you should discuss this with the powers that be.
