How to Suppress Date Footer When Printing HTML Formatted E-Mail

How can I keep Outlook 2003 from printing today's date as a footer to any
HTML formatted e-mail message?

I have tried the page setup under IE, as well as page setup from within an
open, html formatted e-mail

Regardless of what I put into the footer field, always the current date
prints on the bottom of the e-mail message.

Please help. I have a lot of VERY pissed off attorneys threatening to throw
their puny rage at Microsoft and I don't want to have any of it spill over on
me!

Have you considered using a third party addin?

Savvisoft has released 'Blueprint for Outlook' which overcomes many typical printing issues, such as printing page selection, and allowing customized layouts.

The default Outlook style layout will not print the current date.

If you like the sound of it, you can visit http://www.savvisoft.com for more information and a free 30-day download.

Kind Regards

Hayden Saveal.
