Even when you physically delete today's date time stamp from the footer in
the Defined Print Styles, you still get today's date printed on the bottom
left when printing old e-mails in bulk. Is there a way to get rid of this?

what message format? I thought it only happened with HTML because it uses
IE's printing engine. Regardless, one of these tools might work better for
you:

did anyone find a solution to this? I already checked the footer setting on
the IE page setup and it has nothing in it.
