Can't get rid of header/footer in Outlook printing

I have looked at other posts and the Outlook help sections but haven't had
much luck getting rid of the headers/footers when printing Outlook e-mails.

I have deleted all fields in memo Table/Memo styles in Outlook Print Menu,
and deleted all header/footer info in IE Page Setup and still get My Name,
From, Sent, & Subject fields and the date at the bottom of the page.

I have closed IE and Outlook after the changes and restarted them also and
none of the changes seem to have any effect.

I am using IE 6.0.2800.1106 and Outlook 2003 11.6359.6360 SP1 on Windows
2000 OS.

Thanks in advance for any assistance that you might offer.

I couldn't get this to work for me. Maybe because I was using it with an
HTML message. I believe that what I want to do was possible in Office 2000.
I just recently updated to Office 2003 and the extra info started showing up
on the printed e-mails. I believe that I experienced the same thing when I
switched fro Eudora to Office 2000 but was able to turn it off on the page
setup menu easily.

Thanks for your reply.
