Automatic "footer"?

O

Outlook, eh?

A user has asked me repeatedly how to add an automatic footer/signature. This
is unlike the automatic signature, which can be added/edited in
tools>options>mail format>signatures. The user stated that the "footer",
something like this:

Donate today at http://www.makebelieveorganization.com

would appear at the bottom of all new messages/replies WITHOUT the sender
even seeing it.

Thanks!

Those are done on the server.

Can someone give me more information on this? Perhaps a knowledgebase
solution, etc.?
Thx

Since it's a server-side addendum, only the people who control the server
can add it. And since there are any number of different types of servers,
there can be no definitive knowledgebase solution. Have you spoken with the
people who run your server?

My boss does, but doesn't do anything special with Exchange 2003, so he wants
me to look into how possible it is for us to do.

Since you're using an Exchange server, microsoft.public.exchange.admin is
the correct newsgroup in which to ask.
