Access Adding a Hyperlink to a local file in a forum

Hi,
I'm intermediate when it comes to access but what im trying to do is allow users to open the edit hypelink function select a file and have it inserted into a feild bound to a recored? So basically they click the button, it opens a box to find and select there file, they click OK and they have a path to that file in a feild.

Any help please?
