add the hotmail inbox to the general inbox

Two of my accounts show up in the inbox, all nicely together. Hotmail,
however, has it's own inbox. How do I make the messages from hotmail show up
in my inbox, together with the other accounts?

You can't. Hotmail is a HTTP based account and has its own message store.

You really can't since Outlook gives HTTP (Hotmail, MSN) accounts their own
message store. It also does that with IMAP mail accounts.
