Add the Everyone group to contact list

Hi,
When my users type in a new message, they want to send the
message to everyone in the company (25people at most).
But there is no "everyone" in the contact list. How can I
get this group in there?

Are you using Exchange server? If so, the Exchange administrator can create
an "All Staff" group and add all the appropriate mailboxes.
