Add Safe Mode Option In Start -> Shut Down

I would like to add the option "Restart in Safe Mode" in the Start ->
Shutdown menu, so that I may not have to press the F8 key to goto Safe Mode.
I am sure there should be a tweak (registry or any other) that can do that??
I do not want to use any 3rd party application for that.
I have WinXP SP2 Pro.
Plz help.

I think there is no such registry key to add an option or button in Shut Down
menu. However, you can try this:

1. Click Start - Run - type MSCONFIG and press enter key.
2. Click the Boot.ini tab and make a check mark on "/SAFEBOOT" and set the
other options as desire. Especially the "Timeout" so you can choose either to
boot in safe mode or not.

Hope this help, let us know!
