add/remove programs

Can anyone Help me? I'm running win2000 pro. Everytime I
open add/remove programs, it says there are no
applications installed. But if I scroll down I can see all
of my applications. I can highlight them but I can't
uninstall. Also get error message saying, an unexpected
error occurred, Class not registered.
res://appw12.cpl/listbox.htc line:255. Can anyone help
with a solution?
