UNEXPECTED ERROR

When I go into the control panel to look at the programs
loaded on my computer (windows 2000 version 5) it says I
have "no programs currently installed" and I get an error
that says:
UNEXPECTED ERROR
CLASS NOT REGISTERED
res://appwiz.cpl/listbox.htc
Line: 225
What does this mean?

We use office 2000 and are networked.
Please help, because it seems that my programs aren't
working correctly.

I am receiving this same error message and am unable to view my programs.
Did you ever find a solution to this problem?
