Add/Remove Programs won't delete file

I am using Add/Remove Programs to delete a file and when I
select one of the programs to delete and press the button
to "Change/Remove" the confirmation message pops up. I
select "yes" to continue and it starts UnInstall Tool. I
then get a message "Unable to locate the installation log
file 'C:\Program Files\....\Uninst.isu'. Uninstallation
will not continue." (there is a number of other
directories in the file path)

I have checked and I can not find the file anywhere I have
done searches in the C: drive and still can not find it.
Is there anyway to remove it from the add/remove program
list?
