don't have virus, and sometimes my computer it's acting weird, actually my
home page I change to another but always start with FASTLOOK.COM I don'y know
how to reactivate my option ADD PROGRAMS to uninstall some programs.

Could somebody help me?
Thanks.

Download and run Ad Aware http://www.lavasoft.de or a similar spyware
detector. Your home page has been hijacked. It's usually not the only
problem, but it is normally the one you notice. Your Add Programs problem
may be another symptom.

Also, go here and run the free virus scan.
http://www.oz-web.net/virus_alerts/ This virus scan is updated alot more
than McAfee and Norton, plus it runs from outside so a malicious script that
can disable your virus scanner cannot affect this one. Don't worry, it's
safe. It's from Trend Micro. Note, the first time you run this, it needs to
check your entire system so it's a bit slow. If you're on dialup, it might
not be worth waiting around while it runs the first time. After the first
run, it's alot faster. You can also run it and do other things, unlike some
virus scans which require you to stop everything until they are done. While
you're on that page, have a look at my suggested security settings for
Internet Explorer. I run absolutely no a/v software and I haven't had a
virus in over 3 years (and my computer is constantly online through a cable
modem). The last time I got a virus was the day after I downloaded the
latest pattern files from McAfee. I stopped using it as soon as I got
finished reformatting my hard drive from the virus damage. The time before,
Norton missed a major bug, which is why I switched to McAfee in the first
place. Now, I run nothing and I'm better off.

I do run the free firewall version of Zone Alarm though. www.zonelabs.com It
works great.
