Found them. Do they have an effect on send email?

No, unless you configured your connection through an Add-Ons?.
1= Click start >> Control Panel >> Double Click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options, on the IE Properties window
you will see these Options:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs
| Advanced.
Click on programs then click on Mange Add-Ons.
You can Search the net for the Add-Ons to be sure they are not Malicious
Plug-ins installed by malwares or can for malwares on your computer from the
links below.
Scan for malwares from here:

http://www.safer-networking.org ; for Spybot S&D

P.S it would be helpful if you tell us what problem you have with Your
E-mail and what Client you are using ( is it outlook, outlook express,
thunderbird ..etc) to be able to help you or you can send to the Outlook
Express Group.
HTH.
Let us know.

Using OE. Prior to about a week if I were to send an email The email would
be sent, now I get a notice in the bottom right hand corner of the task bar
saying Sending Mail, don't know if that's a problem, or my imagination.
Maybe it might be as a result of downloads I have received about the time
this action occurred, there were about ten AU. Thanks for your reply.

I think it is normal, does the sending mail arrive to it's destination or
not, you can try to send to yourself or another account you have to be sure
that the message been sent.
HTH.
Good luck.

Should have said, connecting rather then sending mail, in the previous
statement. Sent myself a copy of a email, it did arrive. Are there any
Ad-ons in IE, that are relay not necessary and can be disabled.

Yeas, there are some can be hooked on your browser without you being knowing
so, but you could be clean too.
As I mentioned in previous post you can access them and see what Add-Ons
there on your Browser and can search the Internet on what they relate to and
what their use for, if some doesn't do any thing to you useful then Disable
or Remove it.
HTH.
