I downloaded explorer 7 and the icon reads running without add-ons. Even when
I add them and close then reopen explorer once again running without add-on.
All my setting so add-ons are there but I can't chage the icon keeps loading
add-ons disabled and I can't enable then from the information bar no option
to do so when I right click. All I get for options are about add-ons and more
information as my choices. Help if you know the answer.

I found my own answer for anyone with the same problem. Right click on
explorer and select properties. If you look at the file name that the icon is
pointing to you will notice an extra command after the location something
like toff anyway that is telling explorer to run with add-ons disabled just
delete the extra commad and it will run as it should with add-ons running....

hi Ray
I am having numerous problems trying to enable add-ons. I found your
question on an internet explorer forum, but am unable to read any replys.
At the top of every page of internet explorer, I get the message 'Internet
Explorer is currently running with add-ons disabled'. The 'manage add-ons'
options under 'tools' is greyed out also.
If you were able to sort out your problem, please help! I am desperate to
solve this!!
Cheers
