Add new hardware Wizard

I recently installed a smartmedia reader for my new
digital camera. At first I had a few problems with the
drivers, but seem to have got that straighted out.
However now, everytime I boot up the Add new Hardware
wizard appears. When I run the wizard, it tells me there
was a problem installing the device and it may not work
correctly, but it works fine. If I cancel the wizard, it
disables the device in device manager. Once I enable it,
it works fine.

How can I get the add hardware wizard to quit running
every time I start up?

"I should like to make it perfectly clear to Microsoft, once and fo
all, that I have connected NO new hardware to my computer! and i
annoys me that every time I switch on, the New hardware Wizard tells m
that I have. So now it is time for a bit of feedback. Can you help me.
